You are not in Cape Town, you are not in Joburg, you are in the geographic equivalent of the loading screen between two better places. And the school description is so dry it reads like someone filled in a government form and called it a vision statement. "It is a fee-paying school with no boarding facilities." Bru. That is it. That is the whole personality. Now listen, 836 kids and 44 teachers gives you a ratio of 19 to 1, which is fine, until you remember that in North West, load shedding hits different and half those lessons are probably happening by candlelight while a teacher explains calculus using hand shadows. But here is where it gets interesting. 100% matric pass rate. One hundred percent. In Klerksdorp. That is not a small thing, that is actually enormous, and you cannot roast a school too hard when they are putting every single child over the line. Whatever they are doing in Middedorp, it is working. So yes, the school description has the energy of a SARS tax return, the location sounds like something Google Maps gives up on, and there are no boarding facilities so you are going home every day whether you like it or not. But a 100% pass rate is a 100% pass rate. Overall verdict: The most surprisingly overachieving school in a town your GPS has definitely never heard of, and honestly, respect.
